Postal Service Disruption Impact

All Municipal billing statements will be sent via mail beginning again on December 17, 2024. Due to the impact of the Canada Post strike, mail may be delayed. Residents still need to make payments on their accounts during this time by the due date or late fees will apply. 

We encourage residents to sign up for ebilling to prevent delayed invoices and payments. View all payment options.

EarlyON Child and Family Centre

The North Perth EarlyON Child and Family Centre offers free drop-in programs for children up to six years old and their parents/caregivers. There are many benefits of participating in EarlyON programs:

  • Join in fun activities such as reading, storytelling, singalongs and games
  • Ask questions with professionally trained Early Childhood Educators
  • Find out about other family services in your community
  • Connect with other families with young children

Here is the Parent Guide with clear instruction on how to create an account, find and register for programs and events. 

Unless noted otherwise, pre-registration is not required! The majority of our programs will continue to be drop-in! We will use KEyON for sign-in and to plan programs that continue to meet the needs of families and caregivers in our community.
