North Perth Introduces Youth Impact Award

The Municipality of North Perth is thrilled to announce the launch of the Youth Impact Award, an initiative designed to recognize and celebrate the remarkable contributions of our young citizens. We believe in acknowledging the positive impacts our youth have on society and are inviting nominations from the public.

This prestigious Youth Impact Award aims to spotlight individuals who have shown exemplary leadership, innovation, or commitment to community services. Whether through volunteering, activism or different inspiring ways, these young individuals are sparking positive change for a brighter future and leading by example within our community.

Do you know a young person making an exceptional impact in our community? We invite you to celebrate their hard work and dedication by nominating them for the Youth Impact Award.

How to Nominate:
• Submit a nomination form online www.northperth.ca/nominate
• Share a summary about the nominee’s contribution and impact
• Deadline to submit is March 31, 2025

Nominations are also open for the Norm Stirling Citizen of the Year Award and the Celebrate North Perth Inspiration Award. Residents are encouraged to nominate deserving locals who, in their free time, have made significant contributions to the betterment of our community through volunteerism.

In conjunction with National Volunteer Week, the Municipality of North Perth will be hosting Volunteer Appreciation Night on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. This event will honour the recipients of all three Celebrate North Perth awards, bringing together the community in a celebration of service and achievement.
