Mayor's Statement on the Passing of Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth II

On behalf of the Council and staff of the Municipality of North Perth and the residents of North Perth, I extend condolences to members of the Royal Family on the passing of Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth II.

The Municipality of North Perth joins with people across the Commonwealth and world in mourning the loss of our beloved Queen. She has been a light to the world, with a profound depth of commitment to service that we all can find exemplary.  

As our tribute to such distinguished service, we have lowered all flags at municipal facilities to half-mast from today until the conclusion of the late Queen's funeral.
