Child Care Application

To add your child to the list for North Perth's child care services, please follow the steps below:

  • Apply to the Wait List by visiting www.OneHSN.com/stratford to create your account
  • Complete an application for the child care program(s) that best meet the needs of your family
  • When a space becomes available, a child care provider will contact you directly to advise you of next
  • Please note: If you have any questions regarding the waitlist please email the site supervisor at the centre and allow for 48 hours for a response. To view the site supervisors emails please visit the directory

Spinrite Child Care Centre

Located at 955 Binning Street West in Listowel, North Perth-Spinrite Child and Family Centre offers Infant, Toddler, Jr. Preschool and Sr. Preschool programs.

St. Mary's Child Care

Located at 1209 Tremaine Avenue in Listowel St. Marys Child Care Centre offers Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Family Grouping and Before and After School programs. 

Monkton Child Care Centre

Located at 200 Nelson Street in Monkton, Monkton Child Care Centre offers Family Grouping Child Care and Before and After School programs. 

The North Perth Children Services offers play based learning programs consistent with How Does Learning Happen and the Child Care and Early Years Act. We have qualified Registered Early Childhood Educators and equivalent childcare staff who engage with children as co-learners. The Municipality of North Perth offers a safe, inclusive, and enriching environments that allows children to learn through exploration/interest based activities. Our staff members support each child's social, emotional, physical well being and the development of new skills. We work along side with families since they are experts on their own children by sharing knowledge, relationship, strengths and experiences which is integral to the success of the child in both care and in life. The Municipality of North Perth is committed to hiring qualified staff, and providing quality inclusive environments and materials. The Municipality supports staff through fair compensation and enriching professional development training.
